As part of Participation House Support Services' communication plan, we have developed a pro-active issues/crisis management plan designed to provide effective communication for all our stakeholders in the event of a crisis or adverse event. This plan provides a framework for communication to ensure all those impacted receive appropriate and timely information. A number of key issue examples have been developed and key messages formulated.
PHSS is sharing the methodology for development of this Issues/Crisis Management Plan with others in the social services sector.
